Abstract:
The present invention maintains a state in which an electrode is pressed against a covered wire with suitable pressing force. The present invention comprises an electrode 2, an electrode holding part 3, and an electrode insertion part 4, and is configured to detect a detection value for a covered wire X without being in contact with the lead wire. The electrode holding part 3 comprises: a holding part body 11 which is formed in a cylindrical shape into which an electrode 2 can be inserted and thereby be integrated therewith, which is provided with a protrusion 11c that can engage with a slit 32c provided to the electrode insertion part 4, and of which the rotation relative to the electrode insertion part 4 is restricted in a state in which motion in the cylinder longitudinal direction relative to the electrode insertion part 4 is permitted; a cylinder part 13 which is formed in a cylindrical shape into which the holding part body 11 can be inserted, on which a male screw 13a is formed, and which is attached to the holding part body 11 in a state in which motion in the cylinder longitudinal direction relative to the holding part body 11 and rotation relative to the holding part body 11 is permitted; and a coil spring 14 which biases the holding part body 11 in the direction towards the cylinder part 13.
