Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate springs by untangling the springs, which is simple in structure, and is also readily operable to achieve cost reduction.SOLUTION: The separation apparatus of springs includes a container 1 capable of storing an aggregate of springs S fed from an inlet 2, a tangle of the springs S is untangled inside the container 1 and the untangled springs S can be discharged from an outlet 3. The container 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape in such a manner that the springs fed when the inlet is set upward and the outlet is set downward can freely fall down toward the outlet from the inlet. A plurality of tongue pieces 10 whose base ends 11 are supported on an inside surface side of the container 1, whose tips downwardly extend, and against which the springs S can abut, are provided. The plurality of the tongue pieces 10 are provided so as to have an interval through which the spring S is possible to pass. The base end 11 of each of the tongue pieces 10 is elastically supported so as to be swingable with the base end 11 as a supporting point by reciprocating at least the container 1 along a center axis P direction thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
