Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of separating a used blast furnace trough refractory generated in an iron mill to each component.SOLUTION: A separation method of a used blast furnace trough refractory includes: the used blast furnace trough refractory is coarsely crushed (step S1); the particle size of the coarsely crushed blast furnace trough refractory is adjusted in a predetermined size range (step S2); the blast furnace trough refractory whose particle is adjusted is separated to a first high density refractory and a first low density refractory in a threshold density (step S3); successively, the first low density refractory is finely crushed (step S4); and obtained powders are magnetically selected to magnetic powders and non-magnetic powders using a magnetic force (step S5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
