Title:
白金族元素の分離回収方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6399352
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physically and chemically stable method which, under coexistence of platinum group metals and a high concentration of impurity elements in an aqueous chloride solution, adsorbs platinum group metals with high selectivity and adsorption ratio, and with a higher adsorption capacity than a conventional type resin, and elutes the adsorbed platinum group metals in high elution ratio.SOLUTION: To provide a separation and recovery method of platinum group metals which, in a recovery method of platinum group metals from an acidic solution containing platinum group metals and impurity elements, comprises going through successively: (1) a first step of an adsorption treatment where the acidic solution is contacted with a water-insoluble resin having a structure where an amino group-containing polymer is chemically bonded to a hydrophilic polymer and making the resin adsorb platinum group metals contained in the acidic solution; (2) a second step of subjecting the resin to a washing treatment, the resin having the platinum group metals adsorbed through the first step; and (3) a third step where the platinum group metals adsorbed by the resin is subjected to an elution treatment by contacting the resin which has passed through the second step is contacted with an aqueous solution containing thiourea having a liquid temperature of 60 to 90°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
