Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell capable of performing insulation sealing between separators of the fuel cell without requiring any great labor.SOLUTION: A separator 1 includes a body member 2 having conductivity, and an insulation seal layer 31 having electrical insulation properties. The insulation seal layer 31 is laminated on a flat surface 26 composed of an area in which any of a groove 23 for gas circulation, a manifold 24 and a recess 25 is not formed on the main surface 21 of the body member 2. The insulation seal layer 31 is formed by hardening a sheet-like member containing a first thermosetting resin composition in a semi-cured state on the flat surface 26.
