Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing technique for promoting the use of a car-sharing service.SOLUTION: A device computes a sales promotion plan by specifying a reservation date and a target area for a membership car-sharing service. The device comprises: target area input means for inputting target area data; threshold input means for inputting a date to specify a predetermined date, a target date to specify a target date for examining the reservation status of the predetermined date even before the predetermined date, and a threshold of the number of reservations; target area extracting means for extracting the reservation status of the target date in the target area from a reservation database accumulating reservation data on the basis of the target area data, the predetermined date, the target date, and the threshold; sales promotion plan computing means for computing a sales promotion plan for members of the car-sharing service on the basis of the reservation status of the target date in the target area; and sales promotion plan output means for sending data relating to the sales promotion plan by extracting member data subject to the sales promotion plan from a member database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
