Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the phenomenon of a loss of synchronism and to realize an improvement in tact time.SOLUTION: The number of pulses an encoder outputs and the number of pulses a command pulse output means outputs are counted to calculate a difference of the number of pulses by the encoder from the number of pulses a command pulse count means has counted. Conditions are changed so that the speed/acceleration of a pulse motor may increase when a differential value between a deviation threshold value and the difference is smaller than a predetermined range, and the speed/acceleration of the pulse motor may decrease when the same is larger than the predetermined range, and the pulse motor is controlled on the basis of detected slider positions, set slider positions, and changed pulse conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
