PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting device, a setting system, a setting method and a setting program capable of automatically performing setting so as to make a more comfortable environment to a user.SOLUTION: The setting device includes: a storage part for storing optimum setting about an environment; an acquisition part for acquiring evaluation information based on an evaluation to the environment and measurement information showing a measurement result of the environment; and a setting part for performing setting processing for determining whether to change the optimum setting in accordance with the optimum setting stored in the storage part, the evaluation information acquired by the acquisition part and a relation of the measurement result shown by the measurement information acquired by the acquisition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
