Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling device capable of providing a one-way clutch between an output shaft of a speed-increasing gear and an input shaft of a power generator in a wind power generator even if an axial distance between the output of the speed-increasing gear and the input shaft of the power generator is narrow.SOLUTION: A shaft coupling device 9 connecting an output shaft 35 of a speed-increasing gear to an input shaft 41 of a power generator so as to be integrally rotatable in a wind power generator, comprises: an inner rotational body 5 including a coupling portion 52 coupled to one shaft 35; an outer rotational body 6 including a coupling portion 62 coupled to the other shaft 41, and arranged concentrically with the inner rotational body 5 radially outward of the inner rotational body 5; and a one-way clutch 7 arranged between the inner rotational body 5 and the outer rotational body 6 in a radial direction, connecting the inner rotational body 5 to the outer rotational body 6 so as to be integrally rotatable in a state in which a rotational speed of the output shaft 35 exceeds that of the input shaft 41, and disconnecting the inner rotational body 5 from the outer rotational body 6 in a state in which the rotational speed of the output shaft 35 falls below that of the input shaft 41.
