Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing method of a thick steel plate which suppresses an equipment load, can prevent failure beforehand and can be joined to efficiency improvement, in a shear of the thick steel plate according to a rolling cut method.SOLUTION: In a shearing method of a thick steel plate for shearing the thick steel plate continuously a plurality of times in the longitudinal direction according to a rolling cut method, a shear load actual result occurring upon a first thick steel plate shearing is compared with an equipment allowance value of a shear load, when the shear load actual result exceeds the equipment allowance value, a thick steel plate feeding conveyance distance is shortened in order to shorten a shear length on and after a second time as compared to the first time and, when the shear load actual result leaves a margin for the equipment allowance value, the thick steel plate feeding conveyance distance is lengthened in order to lengthen the shear length on and after the second time as compared to the first time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
