PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material roll PFR to be supplied for a fuel battery or an assembly of fuel battery members, which can be prevent deformation of a seal member 9 or a diffuser 23 integrated with a sheet material PF before happens, and can surely exercise the functions of the seal member 9 and diffuser 23.SOLUTION: A sheet material roll PFR obtained by rolling an elongated sheet material PF is used to manufacture a frame 22 or a separator 5 (6) of a film electrode assembly of a fuel battery. A seal member 9 or a diffuser which is formed in a predetermined shape is integrated with the sheet material PF, and a spacer member 30 is integrated with the sheet material PF. With respect to the height under a non-loading state, the spacer member 30 is higher than the seal member 9 or the diffuser 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
