Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a shelf unit in which articles can be placed by being separated into a plurality of lanes by a simple configuration. [Solution] This shelf unit comprises a shelf board (27), a plurality of lanes extending in the front-rear direction, a holding section (45), a placement device (47) that places articles held by the holding section respectively into the plurality of lanes, and a control section (77), wherein: the placement device includes a moving section (60) that moves the articles in the left-right direction, a first movement direction changing section (61b) that is provided in a position facing the holding section, and a third movement direction changing section (61b) that changes the movement direction of each article in a direction heading toward a predetermined lane; and, when the article is to be placed in the predetermined lane, the control section first moves the article, which has been moved from the holding section to the moving section by the first movement direction changing section, toward a second movement direction changing section by the moving section, then moves the article toward a direction separating from the second movement direction changing section, and then moves the article toward the third movement direction changing section which has been arranged in a position facing the predetermined lane.
