Abstract:
To prevent a passenger from being confused when a drive supporting device of a vehicle is operated.SOLUTION: In a shift device 10, when a vehicle is operated in an automatic parking mode, and a shift range of an automatic transmission is changed in a state where a knob 16 is arranged at "P" position, lamps 50A to 50D of an indicator 44 are turned on corresponding to the shift range, and the shift range of the automatic transmission is displayed. A lamp 50E of the indicator 44 is turned on when an automatic parking mode is started, and the lamp is turned off after the automatic parking mode ends. The indicator 44 is provided inside the knob 16. For this reason, when the passenger visually checks the shift device 10, the passenger can recognize whether or not the vehicle is operated in the automatic parking mode and the shift range of the automatic transmission by the indicator 44, and confusion of the passenger can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
