Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a residual picture element by setting all the picture elements of an endless pattern as a processed object in the case of removing the pattern inclination of an abstract pattern by a scramble system.
CONSTITUTION: A mask pattern forming part 25 forms a mask pattern having a larger size than the size of a block, and having a contour form that adjacent masks are perfectly engaged in the relation between a key and a keyhole by holding them with tweezers and gives it to a picture element block transfer part 23. The transfer part 23 makes the image of the endless pattern into a block and repeats processing for replacing the picture elements in two blocks based on an address pair generated from a random address generation part 24 by using the mask pattern from the forming part 25. In such a case, the picture element projected from the endless pattern is allowed to pass to a side on an opposite side.
