Title:
【発明の名称】耳式放射体温計
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3052379
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A radiation sensing clinical thermometer in which a cylindrical support part (2) outwardly projecting at forward end thereof is fixed to a support frame (11) formed integrally with the case proper (1) of the thermometer and a radiant temperature sensor (3) to detect heat rays emitted from the external ear is fixed to the forward end surface of said cylindrical support part. A cylindrical probe (4) is slidably supported by the cylindrical support part (2) and outwardly energized by a spring (42). When the forward end of the cylindrical probe (4) is inserted and pushed into the ear hole, said probe (4) recedes relative to the ear and signals are emitted from a microswitch (5). Such signals are inputted as trigger signals to a temperature measuring circuit provided in the case proper (1) and, thereby, said circuit starts measuring a temperature based on the output of said temperature sensor (3).
