PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device that can prevent blades from being damaged by rubbing of an intermediate plate with a front blade group upon charging the front blade group to a travelling standby state.SOLUTION: The shutter device includes: an intermediate plate that has an opening part formed and divides a blade chamber into two chambers; a first blade unit that opens/closes the opening part in a first blade chamber; and a second blade unit that moves from an overlapping state to a developing state after the first blade unit moves into an opening state in a second blade chamber. The intermediate plate includes a convexity part that bends the intermediate plate so as to broaden a space where the second blade unit travels from a state covering the opening part to the developing state by abutting of the intermediate plate against any one of the first and second blade units, and one blade unit presses the convexity part until the second blade unit covers the opening part, resulting in the intermediate plate being bent. The abutting of one blade unit against the convexity part is released not until the first blade unit moves to a closing state in a state where the second blade unit is in the developing state, and the bending of the intermediate plate is resolved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
