Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade drive device, shutter blade and imaging device that have durability of blades enhanced.SOLUTION: A blade drive device comprises: an opening formation member that forms an opening part through which light passes; a blade that enters and retreats into/from the opening part; blade drive means that engages with the blade to rotate the blade; and a blade movement restriction part which is provided in the opening formation member, and in which the rotating blade abuts against the blade restriction part to thereby restrict a blade movement. The blade includes: an opening covering part that covers at least a part of the opening part; an engaged part that is engaged with the blade drive means; and a coupling part that couples the opening covering part to the engaged part. The blade is characterized in that of the opening covering part, when an end part on a side opposite a side of the opening part abuts the blade movement restriction part, only the coupling part gets warped to be deformed, and thereby, a load to the engaged part is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
