PURPOSE: To improve the cell multiple efficiency of a high speed communication system by converting only significant information arriving from a communication channel in use to an ATN cell, from among information arriving from a multichannel.
CONSTITUTION: A radio communication channel informing means 1 monitors a use state of each communication channel in a multichannel 100, and informs of the communication channel in use. A cell assembling means 202 converts only information transferred through the communication channel informed as in use from a use communication channel informing means 201, among information transferred through the multichannel 100, to an ATM cell, and transmits it to a high speed communication system 300. A cell disassembling means 203 disassembles the ATM cell received from the high speed communication system 300 and extracts the information, and transmits it to the communication channel informed as in use from the informing means 201.
