Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce cost by reducing labor cost for adjusting the bias of an FET driving a semiconductor laser.
CONSTITUTION: The base ground type input buffer circuit of a Field Effect Transistor(FET) 4 is connected to an output circuit (FET 16) driving a semiconductor 24 with a level-shift circuit, where the level-shift circuit consists of the base ground circuit of a PNP transistor 9 and the output circuit has the self- biasing circuit of the FET 16.
