Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can cause a cycle of PWM signals, and which can achieve the effect of making substantially smaller than an actual minimum unit the minimum unit of an on-time to set on a generator part operable to generate PWM signals.SOLUTION: A signal generating circuit 1 comprises: a cycle-setting part 105 operable to change a value of a cycle to be set; a first determination part 104 operable to determine a first on-time ty1 based on a first duty ratio D1 obtained by collecting, by a correction value, a ratio of a target on-time and a reference cycle, and a value Ts of the cycle to be set; a second determination part 107 operable to determine a setting candidate value near the first on-time ty1 as a second on-time ty2; a generator part 16 operable to generate PWM signals reflecting the value Ts of the cycle to be set and the second on-time ty2; and a third determination part 109 operable to determine, based on the target on-time ta, the reference cycle Tb and the correction value of the last time, and the value Ts of the cycle to be set, and the second on-time ty2, a correction value to be used in the first determination part 104 next time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
