PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site providing server, a site providing method and a site providing program capable of more effectively increasing the merchandise purchase motivation of a user on the basis of the past action of a user.SOLUTION: The site providing server includes: a memory for storing a correspondence relation between an operation history related to an own site and the display configuration of the own site; and a processor for, on the basis of the browsing history of the other content related to a user who has performed access to the own site and the operation history, determining the display configuration of the own site to be provided to the user by referring to the correspondence relation.
