Abstract:
To provide a skin counselling system with which a counselling service can be provided while improving the quality of it through allowing modification to be made on advice information based on an analysis result obtained through an analysis of measurement data of a user's skin condition during the remote counselling service in which the advice information is presented to the user.SOLUTION: As for advice information which is obtained by a counselling device 10 and is made available for a communication device 80 to access, the advice information can be improved to be more appropriate through allowing modification to be made via the counselling device 10 according to a reaction by a user who has viewed the advice information via the communication device 80; therefore, for example, when the user is not convinced of the contents of the advice information, through modifying the information and also using the contents of the modification for later analyses, analytical precision for skin condition can be improved and it is made easier for users to take advice information based on analysis results, and thus it is possible to improve the users' levels of satisfaction for the counselling service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
