Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in tension of the cable in a slide device for a vehicle seat capable of moving along a slide rail on a floor by winding up a cable wired between an occupant seat and a vehicle floor around a pulley, by adjusting length of cable wiring path to be able to absorb the variation of tension of the cable without making a cable wiring work more difficult.SOLUTION: A slide device for a vehicle seat comprises a flat coil spring 61 and a stepped bolt 64, as wiring path changing means to enable changing of wiring path for the cable 60. A tension of the cable 60 can be adjusted by adjusting a screw-in amount for fastening the stepped bolt 64 to a nut 63 via the flat coil spring 61 so as to adjust a compression amount of the flat coil spring 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
