Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide guide unit free from occurrence of backlash between a slider and a slider supporting portion supporting the slider, and a measurement device.SOLUTION: A slide guide unit has a guide base 4 having V-grooves 5a, 5b formed on both side end faces in parallel, a slide block 12 having an opposite face opposed to the V-groove of one of both side ends, two conical recessed portions formed on the opposite face at a prescribed interval on a position opposed to one of the V grooves, first steel balls fitted to the conical recessed portions and fitted to one of the V-grooves, and a steel ball supporting plate 17 mounted on a side face at the other V-groove side of the slide block and having a spring property. The steel ball supporting plate has a steel ball holding groove 18 opposed to the other V-groove, and has a required number of second steel balls fitted to the steel ball holding groove and the other V-groove, the steel ball supporting plate presses the second steel balls to the other V-groove, and the slide block is constituted movably along one of the V-grooves and the other V-groove side through the first steel balls and the second steel balls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
