To provide a solid lubricating film having excellent lubricity, stick slip resistance and wear resistance, to provide a method for producing the solid lubricating film by which the solid lubricating film is efficiently produced without wasting the materials while controlling film thickness and the above respective properties at high precision, and to provide a sliding member to which satisfactory slidability is imparted by the solid lubricating film.
The solid lubricating film contains a resin solid content and fluororesin powder, and has a scratch hardness (a pencil process) of ≥3 H. In the production method, a coating film is deposited on the surface subjected to degreasing treatment or the like by electrodeposition coating using a resin coating material containing a resin solid content and fluorine resin powder, and thereafter, firing is performed. In the sliding member, the solid lubricating film is formed on the sliding face.
