Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a slide member maintaining good friction coefficient and capable of reducing generation of squeak sound (noise) derived from an ordinary sliding member such as automobile, copying machine and printer; a component and a mechanical device using the same; a method for reducing noise generated from the mechanical device; and a coating agent composition for the slide member.SOLUTION: There is prided a slide member having a lubricant coating film contacting other members and arithmetic average roughness Ra of a surface of the lubricant coated film based on JIS B0601 (2001) of 0.01 to 1.0 μm, wherein the lubricant coated film contains at least (A) a coated film formable resin binder of 100 pts.mass and (B) a solid lubricant of 5 to 200 pts.mass. There is provided a drive component or the like and a printer or the like having the slide member.SELECTED DRAWING: None
