Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with an abnormal shift in slit position, which abruptly occurs, with a slitter device.SOLUTION: A slitter device which slits a sheet material 12 in a longer direction with a cutter blade 16 arranged in a conveyance path in a process of delivering a sheet material from a roll 11 and conveying it by a conveyance device 14 comprises: a camera 21 which captures at least a part of a reference pattern, representing a predetermined width-directional position of the sheet material along the longer direction thereof at an inspection position on the conveyance path; a processing unit 24 which calculates a quantity of a shift of the reference pattern from a reference position in a sheet material width direction upon the basis of the image of the reference pattern captured by the camera; a PLC 18 which adjusts a slit place in the width direction of the sheet material to a direction in which the quantity of the shift decreases according to the calculated quantity of the shift; and a display device 25 and an alarm device 26 which generates alarms when the calculated quantity of the shift exceeds a predetermined threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
