Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the load on a sludge processing process, etc., in a rear stage by reflecting the state of the sludge distribution of each initial sedimentation basin on an extracting process to uniform the sludge distribution. CONSTITUTION:An extraction time, an extraction cycle time, and an extracted sludge flow rate command are set for each of initial sedimentation basins 2-1, 2-2,... according to various measured values, and extraction control is performed according to those values. The extraction time and extraction cycle time are found through the fuzzy inference of a processing time arithmetic part 14. This inference uses a rule based upon a sewage inflow, a last extracted sludge flow rate integral value, last extracted sludge mean concentration, a rainfall function, and a season function as phenomenon items and the extraction time and extraction cycle time as cause items. An extracted sludge flow rate command is found through the fuzzy inference of an extracted sludge flow rate command arithmetic part 17. This inference uses a rule based upon the concentration SD of extracted sludge and extraction time TH as phenomenon items and the extracted sludge flow rate command SV as cause items.
