Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a pick-up from being touched carelessly in a device which has a pop-up type switching lid and records or reproduces data to and from a disk with a light pick-up.
CONSTITUTION: A roof part 2i is provided near the outer-periphery part position of a disk storage recessed part of a device main body part 2 and a pick-up 2d is moved to the lower side of the roof part 2i when a lid part 3 is opened and/or the rotation of a disk is stopped, thus protecting the pick-up 2d, preventing the pick-up 2d from being touched carelessly, and hence preventing disabling of reproduction, etc., by touching a lens part 2f of the pick-up.
