Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the conversion efficiency of a solar cell and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the solar cell.SOLUTION: A solar cell has a collector electrode on one main face of a photoelectric conversion part 50. The collector electrode includes a first conductive layer 71 and a second conductive layer 72 in order from the photoelectric conversion part 50 side and includes an insulating layer 9 between the first conductive layer 71 and the second conductive layer 72. The first conductive layer 71 has an inclined portion, and a part of the second conductive layer 72 is electrically connected to the first conductive layer 71, for example, via an opening of the insulating layer. The first conductive layer 71 has, on its surface, the inclined portion which forms an angle (θs) of 10° or more with a direction parallel to a surface on the one main face of the photoelectric conversion part.
