Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify EL inspection of a photovoltaic power generation module.SOLUTION: In a solar power generation system 1, solar power is generated in strings 11-1 to 11-n. During photovoltaic power generation, an inverter 71 converts DC power from the strings 11-1 to 11-n side into AC power and outputs it to a transformer 73 side. At a time of inspection, the AC power from the transformer 73 side is converted into DC power and output to the strings 11-1 to 11-n side to supply the reverse current. The cell is caused to emit EL light by the inverted current, and abnormality is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
