Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detoxifying method of a solid containing an organic halogen compound capable of detoxifying the solid containing the organic halogen compound quickly without resynthesizing dioxins nor generating excess waste, and an organic halogen compound detoxifying agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a detoxifying method of a solid containing an organic halogen compound without a mechanochemical treatment by contacting the solid containing the organic halogen compound and an agent and reducing the organic halogen compound by the agent to detoxify, where the agent contains metallic dispersion where metal of which at least a part is nano size is dispersed in a dispersant, the solid and the agent are contacted at a temperature of 100°C to 250°C and the organic halogen compound is reduced to be detoxified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
