Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can recover solids very efficiently from a solid dispersion liquid by a simple operation.SOLUTION: In the solid recovery method, a filtrate outflow port-side valve 8 is closed to increase a pressure of the passage from the discharge side of the raw liquid supply pump 6 to the filtrate outflow port-side valve 8 to a pump discharge pressure from a filtration operation state where a super fine bubble-containing solid dispersion liquid obtained by containing super fine bubbles in a solid dispersion liquid is supplied by a raw liquid supply pump 6 to a filtering device 11, equipped with a filtration filter 14 or a separation membrane, a raw liquid supply port 10, a filtrate outflow port 13, and a concentrate discharge port 12, to filter solids, thereby making the inside of the filtering device 11 a pressurized closed state once, and then a concentrate discharge port-side valve is opened to rapidly decrease a raw liquid-side pressure, thereby peeling off solids, deposited on the surface of the filtration filter 14 or the separation membrane, to the raw liquid side to recover them from the concentrate discharge port 12.
