PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of performing high-accuracy range finding regardless of a lens to be used or the zooming or focusing state thereof.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes range finding pixels in which a first photoelectric conversion part, a barrier region and a second photoelectric conversion part are provided in a first direction in this order. In the case where a region of the solid-state imaging device is divided into a first region located in a negative direction and a second region located in a positive direction by a straight line which passes through a center of the solid-state imaging device and is vertical to the first direction, more than half the range finding pixels within a region that is included in the first region and separated from the straight line by a predetermined distance or more are first range finding pixels in which a center of the barrier region is deviated in a negative direction of the first direction with respect to a center of the range finding pixels. More than half the range finding pixels in a region that is included within the second region and separated from the straight line by the predetermined distance or more, are second range finding pixels in which the center of the barrier region is deviated in a positive direction of the first direction with respect to the center of the range finding pixels.
