Abstract:
To provide an oil smoke cleaner which can perform cleaning of air suitable for an installation environment on a restaurant floor over a long term.SOLUTION: An oil smoke cleaner 1 comprises: a housing 10 including an intake port for taking air into the cleaner 1, an exhaust port 16C for exhausting air, an exhaust passage 40 allowing communication between the intake port and the exhaust port 16C, and a filter installation part on which an air purification filter 80 which purifies air circulating in the exhaust passage 40 may be installed; a fan 31 provided at the exhaust passage 40; a fan motor 32 which rotates the fan 31; an oil collection filter 50 which collects oil contents from the air circulating in the exhaust passage 40; a filter motor 60 which rotates the oil collection filter 50; a first control part which controls a rotation number of the fan motor 32; and a second control part which controls a rotation number of the filter motor 60. The first control part controls the rotation number of the fan motor 32 so that an air quantity of the air flowing in the exhaust passage 40 falls within a certain range regardless of whether or not the air purification filter 80 is installed at the filter installation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
