PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof panel with a structure in which packing for closing a gap is hardly separated.SOLUTION: A soundproof panel P includes: a rectangular panel body 1; a frame material 2 mounted in an outer peripheral section of the panel body 1; and an elastic member 3 mounted along a longitudinal direction of an outer peripheral section of the frame material 2. The elastic member 3 has a flat plate shaped base section 31 and a projection section 32 which projects outward from the base section 31. A guide member 4 including a storage section 41 in which the base section 31 of the elastic member 3 is stored and an opening 42 which is opened outward from the storage section 41 and through which the projection section 32 can pass is mounted in the frame material 2. If the elastic member 3 is configured so that both ends in the longitudinal direction of the base section 31 stored in the storage section 41 are arranged to project from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the storage section 41, and both the ends in the longitudinal direction of the storage section 41 are crushed so as to have a crush section 46, the crush section 46 hardly rises and the elastic member 3 is hardly separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
