Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a barreling device wherein a small electronic part as the barreled part can be efficiently and surely barreled.
CONSTITUTION: In a barreling device 1 for olishing a small electronic part as the barreled part by utilizing vibration energy, the device comprises a vibration energy generating part 2 for generating the vibration energy, part containing parts 4 for receiving the small electronic part and its polishing material and a vibration energy transmitting part 3 for suction holding the part containing parts 4 the vibration energy, generated in the vibration energy generating part 2, to the part containing parts 4.
