Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle speaker capable of facilitating an attachment work to a vehicle and securing high sealability.SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle speaker 1, cushion members 11A, 11B are stuck to a flange part 7 of a frame 6 in a ring shape while having division parts S in a manufacturing process before attachment to an automobile, through-holes 8 for putting through attachment screws 9 are exposed in the inner bottom surfaces of the division parts S, and then, seal caps 12 having auxiliary cushion members 13 are allowed to be removable with respect to the flange part 7 in the neighborhood of the through-holes 8. Consequently, when the speaker 1 is attached to the inside of a door, the attachment screws 9 are put through the through-holes 8 so as to attach the frame 6 to a support member 10 such as the inner of the door. Then, the seal caps 12 are attached to predetermined portions of the flange part 7 and the auxiliary cushion members 13 are inserted to the division parts S. Thus, a sealing structure with high sealability can be formed on the front surface of the flange part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
