Abstract:
To provide a spout with a hinge cap capable of surely holding a cap to an open position even when molding accuracy and fitting accuracy are low slightly.SOLUTION: A spout with a hinge cap comprises: a spout main body A comprising a flange part 2 which is fitted to a gable top type paper container 20 having a top seal part 21 and a spout cylinder 4 erected on the flange part 2; a cap B capable of closing the spout cylinder 4; and a hinge C for coupling the cap B to the spout main body A in a manner where the cap may be fitted and unfitted on the spout cylinder. The cap B has a clip 14 which is formed into a thin plate from a base end part 14A provided on the top face 11 toward a tip end part 14B on the hinge C side, the tip end part 14B can be separated from the top face 11 and, after separation the clip can be set to an open state with the base end part 14A as a center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
