Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent drop of the thread splinter collecting rate by installing agitation blades at the center bottom of a washing trough, circulating the washing water through the pumping action of rear vanes provided on the rear faces of these agitation blades, installing a netting in the form of grating on the way of circulation, and providing a flowout hole for the washing water in that side wall of the washing trough where a lint filter device according to the invention is situated. CONSTITUTION:A lint filter 35 is secured to the side wall at the inner bottom of a washing trough, and a flowout hole 37 is furnished in the part where the lint filter 35 is situated. A number of discharge holes 40 as passage for the water in circulation are furnished in the lower part of the lint filter 35, and the washing water having come in from a flow-in hole 42 through the pumping action of rear vanes 45 furnished on the rear surfaces of the agitation blades 7 is exhausted to inside and outside of the washing trough from these discharge holes 40 and the abovementioned flowout hole 37 upon passing through a netting 39. Therein, thread splinters are collected by the netting 39 inside of the lint filter 35. Even though the wash 44 blocks the discharge holes 40, drop of the pumping action is precluded because the flowout hole 37 in the side wall of the trough 3 constitutes the circulation path, and also drop of the thread splinter collecting rate is prevented.
