PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel medical stapler exhibiting unconventional operation effects.SOLUTION: In a medical stapler, a staple arranging body 2 arranging a plurality of staples 50 therein is fitted and mounted in a recess 1 arranged on a rear face side of a body 10. The staple arranging body 2 is configured by arranging an aligning arrangement part 2a aligning and arranging the staples 50 in a substrate 2'.
