Abstract:
To provide a static eliminator capable of generating an ion used for eliminating a static without requiring a high voltage cable.SOLUTION: A static eliminator comprises: a gas flow path FP conducting a high-pressure gas introduced from an introduction port to a discharge port 29 discharging a gas; a power generation part 22 that generates a power by the gas flowing in the gas flow path FP; a high voltage generator 25 that generates a high voltage by using an electric power generated in the power generation part 22; and an ion generator 26 that is provided to an external part of the gas flow path FP, generates an ion by the high voltage from the high voltage generator 25, and supplies the ion to a space of a front direction of the discharge port 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
