Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for rotary electric machine capable of shortening a coil length while forming a flexure part in a coil lead wire of a concentrated winding coil with a curvature radius that is large at a certain degree.SOLUTION: The stator for rotary electric machine is configured by laminating a number of magnetic plates formed in an annular shape and comprises: a stator core 20 including an annular yoke 20a extending in a circumferential direction and a plurality of teeth 20b radially protruding from the yoke 20a; and a stator coil 22 which is radially inserted from tips of the teeth 20b and wound around the teeth 20b in a concentrated winding manner. The teeth 20b of the stator core 20 are formed as width reduction teeth 34 with both axial end portions narrower than the other portions. The stator coil 22 is characterized in that a curved part 22c continued from a slot 21 of the stator core 20 to a coil end portion that is an axial end portion of the stator coil 22 corresponds to at least a part of the width reduction teeth 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
