Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variator with improved performance and operation control, and its control system.SOLUTION: The stator assembly has plural traction planetary assemblies (142), and is configured so that a first stator (160) and a second stator (164) rotate to each other. The second stator (164) has a guide slot (165) forming an angle in plural radial directions. A cam lobe adapted to be coupled with a reaction plate (162) is provided to a reaction plate (162) coaxial with the first stator (160) and the second stator (164) and plural eccentric gears (168) coupled with the first stator (160). A reaction lobe adapted to be coupled with the second stator (164) is provided to each eccentric gear (168). A rotation center displaced from a rotation center of the reaction lobe is provided to the cam lobe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
