Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam ejection device and method for discharging steam in a uniform state, for maintaining temperature and humidity in an ambient space of a concrete product, and producing a concrete product with high quality.SOLUTION: The invention comprises: an inner cylinder 10 whose one end is attached to a tip end of a steam ejection pipe 2 for concrete cure; a first sheet part 11 whose one end is attached to the steam ejection pipe 2, and covers an area having a specific distance to an ejection direction of steam SS from one end of the inner cylinder 10; an outer cylinder 12 whose one end is coupled to the other end of the first sheet part 11 and provided to cover an outer peripheral part of the inner cylinder 10; and a second sheet part 13 which is connected to the other end of the outer cylinder 12 in a state of forming a double cylinder by the inner cylinder 10 and the outer cylinder 12, and covers and fixes the other end of the inner cylinder 10. A method for performing concrete cure is configured so that, a steam ejection device is attached to the steam ejection pipe 2 and the concrete product is blocked from outside air, and in the state, steam is ejected from a tip end of the steam ejection pipe, for performing concrete cure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
