Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam valve for an adsorption type refrigeration machine having excellent operation of a valve element and high durability with a simple constitution, and an adsorption type refrigeration machine.SOLUTION: Provided are steam valves 31, 32, 33, 34 that are provided in a vacuum container 22 of an adsorption type refrigeration machine, control the communication state of mutual partitioned spaces in the vacuum container 22, and selectively passes steam coolant in the vacuum container 22. The steam valve includes: a valve body 62 that is a hollow housing, of which only the lower surface is opened, and in which many through holes 64 are formed on a slanted side surface 62a; and a sheet-like flexible valve element 66 that is provided so as to cover the through holes 64 on the side surface 62a. In the valve steam, by pressure difference between respective spaces in the vacuum container 22, the valve element 66 is oscillated to control the communication state of the spaces.
