Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a stepping motor which includes a plurality of coils and which saves power by suppressing energy required for rotation of a rotor as much as possible when rotating a rotor at a step angle by applying drive pulse to the coils; a motor drive device; and a time display device.SOLUTION: A stepping motor 1 includes: a rotor 15 in which two poles are magnetized in a radial direction; a stator 11 having a rotor receiving part 115 which receives the rotor 15: and three coils C1, C2, C3 which are provided by being magnetically connected to the stator 11. The stepping motor is characterized in that at least one of three coils C1, C2, C3 is an integrated coil which is integrally formed by applying a winding to a part of the stator 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
