Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization technique where a sterilization gas is not decomposed by a decomposition neutralization catalyst during sterilization, and the charged sterilization gas can be effectively used for sterilization.SOLUTION: Provided is a sterilization gas decomposition device fittable to a clean air device, including: a flow passage formed with a flow passage inlet and a flow passage outlet, whose circumference is surrounded with a wall face; an air blower arranged at the inside of the flow passage; a decomposition catalyst holding outer wall connected to the wall face of the flow passage and closed; and a decomposition catalyst arranged at the holding space of the decomposition catalyst at the inside of the decomposition catalyst holding outer wall, upon the sterilization, the flow passage and the decomposition catalyst holding space are separated with a partition part, and upon the sterilization decomposition, the decomposition catalyst is made movable to the inside of the flow passage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
