PURPOSE: To provide a device for fixing an element in three dimensional relative position with respect to a specified element, such as accurate positioning of an arbitrary shape microwave module and a wave guide, and to remove such a part while keeping a record of an optimum position as far as possible.

CONSTITUTION: This device 12 fixes a component (element) 10 having an arbitrary shape to a structure 11. The device 12 comprises at least one bracket type rigid supporting portion 13, wherein the supporting portion 13 includes two arms 16, 17. The respective arms have fixing parts 14, 14' for performing the fixing and adjustment by pulling action; and abutting parts 15, 15' for performing the fixing and adjustment by pushing action. The abutting parts 15, 15' are fixed by a lock nut, and can fix the last removed component again without readjusting.
