Abstract:
To provide a power storage device which is small in capacitance decrease owing to the reiteration of charge and discharge.SOLUTION: A power storage device comprises a negative electrode, a lithium ion conductor, and a positive electrode. In the power storage device, a lithium ion can be inserted and desorbed. A surface of at least one of the negative and positive electrodes is coated with a layer including: such a unidimensional structure that a succession of conjugate π electron systems of a structure where a double bond and a single bond are alternately disposed are arranged along a linear molecular chain; and at least one structure selected from a group consisting of an ester bond, an ether bond, a thioether (sulfide) bond, a carbonyl group and a cyclic structure. The coating layer contains a thermoplastic resin which can be deformed readily by heating. Further, the lithium ion conductor comprises at least a glass fiber, a thermoplastic resin and lithium ion-conducting solid electrolyte particles, and a polymer or oligomer of the unidimensional structure in which a succession of conjugate π electron systems are arranged along a linear molecular chain.SELECTED DRAWING: None
